Private group talks for the win.

We offer private group period talks for kids ages 8 to 14, whether you’re a group of 2 or 2,000.

We promise, it will be fun.

Our goal is to make periods less scary and more fun by providing a safe and comfortable environment where kids can ask questions and learn about their changing bodies.

We use colorful visuals, models, and interactive discussions to ensure everyone leaves feeling informed and confident.

Trust us, this isn’t just a boring lecture; it’s a celebration of growing up!

Private group period talks are great for all kinds of settings.

No matter the group, our period talks help everyone feel supported and informed.

  • Schools can host these sessions as part of health classes, giving students a safe space to learn together
  • Girl Scout troops or other youth groups are also perfect since they promote friendship and teamwork
  • Sports teams can benefit too, creating a sense of community among young athletes
  • Friends gathered together in a community space or home
  • Basically anywhere we can create a friendly atmosphere where kids feel comfortable

What’s included?

  • Anatomically correct terms for body parts

  • The look, feel, and timing of a normal period

  • Tools to manage a period and also take care of yourself

What’s NOT included?

  • Cutesy names for body parts

  • The “sex talk”

  • Awkwardness, shame, or discomfort

Nothing beats the relaxed and familiar.

Within a private group setting, the conversation can become more personal and focus on aspects of the period specific to the age range of the group. Greater privacy allows people to feel more relaxed when discussing topics that are new to them.

Within a group of people who already know each other, it’s also easier for everyone to connect and feel supported.
